EDIT: Oh interesting. The toot has been edited now to include a proper image description. I hope I'm not just slating someone here who copy-pasted the wrong thing accidentally (we've all been there!)

However this kind of thing does happen even if it isn't what happened here. A friend just mentioned to me earlier today about people making these deliberately useless image descriptions (to get around people who won't boost without it??)

Well, this sucks.
