Prop 65 is based off of good ideas, but tbh it convinces me that they're _right_ not to let the States set these rules.

Prop 65 sets up horrible incentives for lawyers, companies, and the government alike. Everything has a label now even when it shouldn't, so nobody takes them seriously; meanwhile people get sued over stupid bullshit while actual violations get overlooked.
