I've used it to submit on two bills so far. I did rewrite the output each time and added a final line that was distinctively mine.
If you need to submit in a hurry, it works. In reality I'll bet the coalition is using AI to summarise all submissions, so the only important line you need to include is "I oppose this bill in its entirety." In my estimation, anything else is unlikely to be read by a human.
