I have downloaded the APK files for all my installed apps on my old Google Pixel 6a with GrapheneOS and created a bash script in Linux to connect to my Fairphone with adb to install for an example Swish and BankID that way.
I am using APK Kit from IzzyOnDroid to export the APK files.
All new apps that requires Play Store will be installed via AuroraStore (anonymous account). Updating installed apps like Swish through AuroraStore.
Syncing newly updated apps with Syncthing and deleting the old versions via Linux or via Fossify File Manager in Android.
