I can't really give you an answer without pulling something out of my ass.
What I can say is boomers came from a more economic favorable circumstance compared to their younger counterparts. I had many tell me about the interest rates back 40 years ago but ignore the following 15-20 years.
I probably sound like a disgruntled millennial with too much doom scrolling.
