The Constitution was written with the assumption that good men would be in charge, that norms for behavior & governing would be established & that *they* knew better than everyone else at the time what should be done.
It wasn't that long ago that we watched Biden dance around norms, talk ethics & high moral character. Joe screwed all of us bec he refused to change at the most critical time in history.
We can't continue to make that mistake.
