Dr. Thais Gibson teaches us that 95 to 97% of our beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and actions are driven (i.e., derive from) our SUB-CONSCIOUS mind!

The sub-conscious mind cannot be, long-term, overruled by our CONSCIOUS mind (e.g., “will power”).

That’s likely why you felt compelled to make the purchases you knew, consciously and intellectually, were not in, objectively speaking, your best interests.

However, (and this is the potentially ‘life-changing’ good news) one can ‘reprogram’ (i.e., ‘rewire’) their own sub- conscious mind using techniques, in the privacy of their own home, that Dr. Gibson teaches through her, “Personal Development School.” She also gives away for FREE, through abundant YouTube podcasts, educational presentations on this and related subjects.

Once her easy technique is learned, an approximate, minimum time required to make a change is about 5 minutes, twice each day (best done on waking and when preparing for sleep), for 21 days.

Foundational to her method are: vivid imagery along with intense emotion, brought to (i.e., recalled, imagined) ‘top of conscious mind’ AND repetition (e.g., twice a day for 21 days).

Any individual can employ the learned method independently, that is, on their own. However, she also does have trained, Certified Coaches, standing by for those who prefer to hire more granular guidance and moral support for their healing journey.

There’s a moving, inspirational song that seems to celebrate such victories by Linhy called, “I Didn’t Quit, I Rewired:”

A problem I have is I spend money and sometimes mindlessly buy things when I’m bored I really don’t need.

Like I was bored, I went to the gas stations and bought two candy bars and an energy drink out of boredom without even thinking about it really.

I already have enough energy drinks, I don’t need more.

And I didn’t need the candy bars either nor are they good for me, so why did I do that?

I swear sometimes my brain is on autopilot.
