If it’s not too much trouble, can you explain “a stationary chunk of matter doesn’t emit Hawking radiation” in context of black holes? Does “stationary” mean “non-rotating” (so non-rotating black holes don’t emit Hawking radiation) or does this phrase exclude black holes, or have I completely misunderstood?
