I guess it confuses me with this abstract way of speaking about it. When we say decentralisation I think about reversing urbanisation as in "back to the land". I want people to move out and become farmers and such. Re-centralisation to me would here mean converging on a limited set of regions, like #sydfyn and #djursland in Denmark. But I see that it could also mean building organisations on a larger geographical scale
