"content": "Lockdown isn't the key factor here. Owing to lockdown something else has been discovered. It's bad \u0026 needs exploring. Children living in outback Australia who can't attend a physical school still learn to communicate. In the UK , doesn't communication start at home before school age. What is happening in homes that results in children not understanding basics. TV, radio, phones and computers were were available to many.
