Growing up, when Mother's Day in Sweden fell on the 30th, we'd have cake 3 weekends in a row. Mother's day, my mom's birthday and my birthday! then a bit off and then it was midsommer so sometimes we had another cake then. I like cake, whipped cream covered tasry cakes, not the cheap flavorless American cakes.
