Khaled Mahajneh, a lawyer and human rights defender of Palestinian detainees, revealed that during sirens in an Israeli occupation military court, Arab lawyers are barred from using proper shelters.

While other court staff and prosecutors have access to safe and suitable bomb shelters, Arab lawyers are directed to a dirty, neglected room, exposing them to danger.

Mahajneh highlighted that even under direct threat, systemic discrimination persists against Palestinian and Arab legal representatives.
