Regional Australians or those who are moving there are losing the very thing they moved for; cleanliness, open spaces, lifestyle and affordability.
Blocks in Ballarat now average just 454m² what Melbourne had five years ago.
This isn’t organic growth. It’s policy failure and unchecked foreign demand distorting our housing market.
Australians shouldn’t be competing with overseas capital for their first home.
@OneNationAus will restrict foreign ownership of Australian housing so Australians come first.
