Ed was waiting behind two other people to talk to me. He's a motorcycle mechanic and has a lot of questions but there are other people behind him so he settles for the most pressing one which is getting a copy of his business insurance to some supplier or other. He has it on his phone. He needs it on his laptop. There are other ways to do it but the one I show him is "Email it to yourself." He does. It works. He can do this himself too.
