Just keeping track: First Poland and Romania,[1] and now Estonia.[2] The consensus seems to be that Russia is seeking to divert North Atlantic Treaty Organization resources away from Ukraine toward self-defense,[3] but this seems like a bit of a stretch to me: NATO exists to repel a full-on Russian invasion. It should be able to handle this.
