Currently fasting from food, trying to bring the swelling down on a swollen knee. Going for 4+ days and on day one.
Nothing but a few cups of coffee, water plus electrolytes and sparkling water. Distracting myself consuming stuff online.
What do you think NOSTR, lean into the pain and do a media fast as well?
