It's a slipper slope IMHO.

I get the argument on each side, but the implications are pretty hairy for non-OSS stuff. Even if it's executing on a CI server _someone_ in the project is going to have to work on this, ya know? And organizations often have prohibitions on certain licenses, no matter where you're using it (because of potential IP virality).
