I finally deactivated Twitter last week. I was mostly Inactive already, but I went there tp follow the saga of people pressuring President Biden to drop out and insisting that if he did, Kamala Harris be handed the nomination without any more brouhaha.

Once that happened I stayed through the initial fundraising calls, but there were two last straws:

1. Musk saying civil war was inevitable, and
2. The site itself was flaky. I had too many posts needing retries.
