Our flat rate renovation plan lets you freely re-arrange any walls you want (but since our house is concrete most structures are load-bearing and can’t be deleted) so we’re changing the floor plan quite a bit - here’s a before and after of what we’re planning.
The green walls in the after schematic are new walls they’re building. It also involves completely moving the kitchen from the back to the front of the house!
