I was thinking about it while I was making these today and I actually cannot remember when I learnt how to crimp epok epok (or karipap) or who I learnt from.

It's different from folding dumplings and took me a couple of tries to remember, but it's like it was buried in my body somehow.

It's fascinating how knowledge is embodied, sometimes without the mind even registering.
