Perhaps remembering that there is a certain percentage of humanity that falls into a certain class. It's called, being a fucking twat. They need no further explanation, their words and actions, require no further understanding and they can be dealt with solely upon that basis. Either by ignoring them, or punching them, your choice. Whatever feels best for the moment.
It's not up to you to justify why they are in that class, or to find the ways to forgive them for it, or to educate them. It's up to them to move themselves out of it and until then, they are not worthy of being taken seriously.
