I’m back after a long period of reflection and time with myself, putting together the puzzle pieces of my mental health and finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I’ve also become very clear about what I want to speak about here, because I have a lot to say. I’ve had so many realizations and inner breakthroughs that I’m ready to start sharing them openly.

There is also a new chapter coming 😌our family is growing, and I will be sharing that journey too.

Overall, what I’ll be talking about here is health ❣️mental and physical ❣️because that is my main topic in everyday life 🥹
