Upon arriving at the top of the headwall of the ravine in last week’s hike, I hiked along the ridge of the mountain range. This is a long, expansive ridge— 10+ miles (20km) long and very wide and rounded where I was. I hiked a relatively short distance to the next peak after which I began my descent. This section of ridge was mostly boulders marked by cairns. An easy section although very windy. #hiking #mountains #nature
