This is one reason I love Watch Duty.
Social media is being jammed as a communication channel, especially for disaster comms, so having a volunteer remote & ground truth squad distilling and curating reliable info for folks to do what they need to do when they need to do it is awesome and so timely.
News that WD is going year round & all-disaster is good news for the coming bad times.
