Anyone can build whatever they want on Nostr. The inevitable has now happened: someone has launched on-chain wallet support. So what?
Good or bad ideas don’t require protectionism to survive or die. If people are genuinely that worried about privacy, they simply won’t link even their npub to Lightning in the first place.
There have been countless bugs and attacks on Bitcoin every single day by people trying to break it and gain some advantage from it, but if the biggest threat is Vitor offering a feature to enable on-chain transactions on Nostr, then congratulations, VitorPamplona (nprofile…vhl6) , you’re a true evil genius!
