On top of that, nostr integration (zaps) is slow and convoluted and hosting your own LNURL server a pain in the ass. I tried a few weeks ago and gave up.
Where did I move to? Custodial providers. Mutiny (with Fedimint - which then broke), Alby and npub.cash.
Custodial is the only realistic solution for pocket change amount of sats, so why not embrace that and make the best UX possible? The UX PABLOF7z (npub1l2v…ajft) just demoed is basically unbeatable.
It's not only good for me, it's good for all the new people we will onboard to this magic world of bitcoin and nostr 💜
It's our responsibility to keep incessantly educating about self-custody for larger amounts.
