My BiL was complaining that he couldn't get home in BC because the floods had washed out the road.
I reminded him that he used to lead wilderness canoe trips and wrote a book on canoeing.
I realized his canoe was probably at home but he has access to a kayak. It's not even a thousand km.
He's not quite 60 yet, the young folk today are so lazy! 🤣🤣
