To be lean, healthy, and masculine, we need to get all the required daily nutrients and protein, while consuming as little calories as possible.

With modern 'food' it is very easy to get lots of calories quickly. If we don't focus on the nutrients/protein and avoid useless calories as much as we can, we will always look chubby.
