Last year, the EU adopted new rules against money laundering and terrorist financing—which open the door for rights violations, discrimination, and privacy infringement.

The organisation Privacy First is urging the Dutch government to promote the removal of certain elements of the the new rules and ensure the protection of fundament rights, privacy and safeguards.
