AI might liberate millions of people from work they do not want to do, it might bring scientific breakthroughs.
AND AI will definitely be a tool for government surveillance stifling freedom of speech and cutting down on human rights.
It might empower activists and the civil society too, but I see a big inequality in powers getting bigger and worse. Let’s hope I am wrong.
