click on a youtube link. video thumbnail flashes for a split second before going black as the rest of the page loads, then comes back as the video starts buffering. before it has finished, the cookie consent dialog pops up. before that's finished loading, it redirects to a cookie consent page, which redirects back to the video, which again flashes the thumbnail, goes to black, goes back to the thumbnail, starts playing, stops, & finally manages to load the video title
