A word to the wise - for SNES9X, you can plug in a PS4 controller and connect its buttons to the controller input and emulate an SNES using a modern controller.
The same goes for DuckStation to play PS1 games.
For Windows, you'll need DS4Windowsd for Linux, you'll need DS4DRV from Github.
Let me know if you want assistance. Can we keep a running list of emulators that can accept controllers? Its just a matter of getting the computer to accept button input.
