What's the deal with these studies that claim to show that shooting tissue with red and/or infrared LEDs or lasers results in all sorts of improved outcomes?
There are a lot of randomized trials this, mostly in animals, but some in humans.
It seems very weird that this could work? Let's posit that it does work. The sun is a big source of energy in the same wavelength range (
