[ zig-nostr/plaza ] Make the follow list the reader's own (#74)
* Make the follow list the reader's own
The feed was scoped to nine accounts baked in at compile time. It now follows
whoever the reader follows, and following someone from a thread writes that
list back.
The rule the whole feature is built around: a contact list is replaceable, so
publishing one replaces who this reader follows, on every relay, at once.
