My general feeling is that the US culture has become one giant Ponzi scheme that even poor people only *wish* they can participate in.
The longer it goes on the bigger the crash. I pulled the parts of my retirement savings that were in the US (via TD) out and into Europe, Japan, and Australia a few months ago. But a US crash will crash out the world with it. Sigh.
I feel very privileged to even have savings. So many have nothing or nothing but debt.
