I keep thinking about ‘discovery’ because sometimes I have useful ideas. At the moment though, it just seems off - like the problem isn’t where we think it is.

I’m starting to feel like people remember record shops as a place to discover music. So we keep building online shops and being surprised the discovery part doesn’t happen.
