"content": "Last night after an oil tasting a young woman interned here in viniculture and olive farming said wait, I have a surprise for you. She brought us 2 bowls of ribollita, not like restaurant versions but several days old, so the flavors had married, and then flitted away. It was the best I've ever had. I don't know why she was so kind. Because we take such interest in their study? An innate generosity?\n\nIt was warm and dry yesterday.
