kids are taught about "le evil pedophiles" which definitely "pre-loads" that feeling of harm for if anything does happen
it's so hard to say and such a controversial thing to talk about because it can even extend to that if people make a big deal out of non consensual stuff happening, the people it happened to can feel more harmed than they otherwise would of
