Multiple users have noted that rape.pet has unclear or no rules regarding minors being allowed on the site, which has led to confusion. Bunny had registered to rape.et in the past being up front about being a minor, and not hiding that detail for her time there. She had her CSA sexualized by other users, and when speaking publicly about this, it was silenced by Ulith and Bunny would get banned. Being a minor was the official reason given for the ban. Not terribly long ago however, there was a different issue with a mod of rape.pet (who is a minor) concerning users with their behavior, which rape.pet basically defended with "You wouldn't criticize a minor with trauma would you?". So rape.pet's rules on minor are unclear and/or inconstant, including mod selection. (Note: rules could have changed during this period, but it shows Ulith's inconstancy when dealing with minors). Bunny, along with other users, have continued to privately complain about sexual harassment they have experienced but have felt hopeless on having resolved.
Cub.lol is created by multiple users who have experienced this sort of harassment in the past, and decided to defederate from Imouto for their own, and user's, safety. An admin of cub.lol is then messaged on Matrix by Ulith, who quickly asks if that admin was doxed recently, and proceeds to ask for verification on several details about the admin's personal information. This turns into Ulith asking about the admin's mother (who was a part of the dox). The admin clears up confusion about incorrect information in the dox regarding headmates then a short bit of complimentary conversation is had (because the admin's irl photos were a part of the dox), before Ulith teases the admin about being insane and jokingly(?) threatens to message the admin's mother. The admin asks Ulith to not do that, and Ulith seems to drop it for a bit. Ulith continues to question more about headmates, sharing images of other pedi users asking if they are alts of the admin, to which the admin declines. Ulith then suddenly points out that cub.lol was defederated from rape.pet and calls all the team weird for it. The admin explains why rape.pet was defederated, for constant user harassment they has felt went unchecked, and Ulith remarks "Oh sorry I thought you guys were okay with paraphiles". The admin tries to explain actively sexually harassing other users, particularly minors, is unacceptable behavior. Ulith continues to argue about how sexual harassment is biasto and makes jabs about how using the term "objectifying" is objectumphobic. Ulith questions why youthlib views matter and how she isn't youthlib and is just a MAP, claiming she probably gets sexually harassed more than that admin does anyway.
This quickly turns into a back and forth about how Ulith hates teens, says minors want to NOT be seen as people, says minors shouldn't be on the pedi anyway, claims MAPs are dangerous and sick, says she views transage people as objects, argues youth rights is silly because "could a 3 year old drive a car?", and complains about teens being on the pedi (though admittedly because a number of teens are being risky/stupid posting nudes, so fair). Ulith then goes on to talk down to the admin about how their brain is underdeveloped and how they cannot be trusted to make decisions, something I've been asked to point out made the admin extra uncomfortable. Ulith continues to question and insult various other things, then loops conversation back around to headmates and starts accusing other users of being this admin's other headmates. Finishing it all off with saying the admin needs to leave pedi because it isn't for minors. While putting this together, I had also learned another user was getting the same cries for help as I was, and had been warning other minors to stay away from Ulith for a while now. So this has been an on going issue others have been too afraid to talk about.
I do not know what to do about this situation as an individual, but I'm hoping talking about leads to more community attention on harassment and Ulith.
