I think, after a year and a half of being pretty strict, I'm going to partake in some mindless self indulgence... of which I mean fried fair food & lemonade. I've been headache free & not nearly so exhausted all the time, for a long time now, so I'm kind of curious if processed = trigger for me. Shall see. 😊
