I was watching Back to the Future there the other day, haven't seen it in years, and it just reminded me how fucking garbage films are now.

Although films that deal with the theme of time travel are nothing new, it was a completely original take on it, and you just don't see that these days in my opinion.

We're likely to see a remake of Back to the Future before we see something original that can match it.

I guess what I"m trying to say is that it was a good movie by the standards of the time when it came out in the 80's , but watching it now seems like it's an almost impossibly good movie given how Hollywood seems utterly incapable of producing anything that isn't a third rate regurgitatation of something that's been done before.

So yeah, Back to the Future, decent movie.
