Try logging out and checking if it works through the browser; it probably won't. The problem is not PipePipe, it's the IP your VPN assigned you. YouTube clients won't resolve this issue. Either sign in with your Google account or try different IPs and see if it works without signing in. PipePipe is probably the best client for YouTube.
