Honestly, the real story of my TARDIS/Dalek ugly Christmas sweater mug is quite sweet in its own right, as it was a gift from a student who quite clearly paid attention to everything I said and related to my nerdiness. It's the perfect size for coffee too—often novelty mugs are too small for the amount of caffeine I must consume to stay alive.
