That's a wrap for work for today. It has been quite productive. And I have snuck in some Instant Pot cooking as well. I love the IP for the ability to walk away and not have to watch or stir. It is very convenient for work days.
* Puneri Dal with spinach and herbs (uses toor dal, yum) Dinner tonight with rice and chickpeas, but I did have a Chef's sneaky taste
* Cooked enough chickpeas for 4 meals, and put them in the freezer
* Fennel, Celeriac and White Bean soup - enough for 4 meals. Some will go in the freezer, the rest in the fridge.
I might make one more dish tonight if I feel like it - I wanted to try the seeded "bread" again to get it right this time (there was errata last time that i only found out after the fact.)
