Not big issues.
If I use the WhiteNoise App and their relays, I don't seey Posts in other Apps. If I use the relays of other apps, I don't see the messages in WhiteNoise.
So I just generated a new nsec and I am using the app in perfect way.
In some occasions is practical to use the same nsec (and relays) to every App but also is not wrong to use a privacy App like White Noise (nprofile…radp) with a different one.
I am very happy with it and try to integrate to the hole family
