[ attixyz/miTi ] eslint: wire Next plugin via its flat config
Use next.flatConfig.coreWebVitals so `next build` detects the plugin
(silences the "Next.js plugin was not detected" warning). Disable
no-img-element since cover/avatar images come from arbitrary remote
hosts (Blossom/external) that next/image isn't configured to optimize.
