i think i might be the first one to find someone with that name in an NRC three mile island document alongside eg&g employees, around 1990 (lazaar was hired by eg&g).
Chuck is listed as a "General public utilities corp/Site services" personnel which would fit a security guard description?
not sure if coincidence, but interesting! bob's story has so many pieces of corroborating evidence, although its possible he just found this name in a gov document and is using it. if bob is lying he is one of the most impressive and consistent liars of all time!
for now I will suspend my disbelief and continue digging... i want to believe! 👽
