Where does that leave us?
The SAVE Plan is blocked, nationwide, under the 8th Circuit's order, as is similar relief—apparently on any basis—for anyone subject to income-contingent student loan payment plans.
DOJ is asking SCOTUS to block or limit that order during appeals.
