I wouldn’t be surprised if similar attitudes arose in other countries. This is the first generation thrown under the bus of “everything #digital is good” by ultra-greedy IT companies and ultra-naive parents and politicians. They grew up in a maddening, sickening attention economy designed to exploit every move they make. Perhaps they will want to reclaim the #Internet one day and make it something positive before it’s lost to the worst corporate #AI strategies.
