Tbh I think, as s rule with some exceptions, ppl don't change significantly, like in their core. What changes with time (hopefully 😋) is the depth and level of complexity of how they see the world and ppl around them. Obviously this is only possible when a person gets the depth and become more complex. I don't miss my 20s i dont even remember who i was before 28. I mean i remember events, but I wouldnt want to be a friend with a person how i was in my 20s. And i dont like how i saw and interacted with the world before i was 28-30. Now sometimes my knee hurts and i have grey hair, but overall I feel and look m7ch better now, and I think bc i understand myself more now i can also understand others better. But this is a life long journey, it never stops. I dont know my last day , but before that i will be a work in progress, thats for sure😀 and i hope you will be work in progress too.
